Partner's Portal

All Companies

In the Partner's Portal, you will be able to see all of the companies you have added to the platform listed. Select a company you would like to access by clicking on the name of the company.

Across the top, you will be able to see the total number of companies and the number of completed studies.

🗃️Add Company

Add a new company by clicking on the "Add Company" button. You will then be prompted to enter the company's details.

🗃️Client Active Study

Select a company you would like to access by clicking on the name of the company. When you select the company, you wish to access, you will jump into the client's study. You will be able to see the progress of the study and make changes as necessary.


Firm Access

📝Invite Collaborator

Selecting "Firm Access" on the left sidebar will allow you to invite, remove, or update collaborators to your partner account. See more information on how to manage Collaborators here.

📢Note:

If you enable "Able to access all features" for a collaborator, it will enable them to have full permissions for ALL companies in the Partner companies list.

📝Assigned Companies

This feature allows you to assign one or more companies to a collaborator. This allows them to only have access to the companies that are relevant to them.


DataHub.tax

As a GOAT.tax Partner, DataHub makes it easy to invite your clients to participate in the study by allowing them to enter the data themselves.

💼Invite DataHub User

Invite clients by selecting the "Invite DataHub User" button. From here, you are able to choose what level of access each user should have, monitor their progress, and then review their final inputs.

💼Employee Wages

Selecting this option allows the DataHub user to view and edit all employee wages entered into the platform.

💼Subcontractors Amount Paid

Selecting this option allows the DataHub user to view and edit all amounts paid to subcontractors entered into the platform.

💼Company Revenue

Selecting this option allows the DataHub user to view and edit all of the company's revenue entered into the platform.

💼Request R&D Allocations

Selecting this option will allow the DataHub user to request the R&D allocation for the financial data.

Overall the datahub user will help simplify the process of data collection between the CPA firm and the client, especially with a large number of clients. This helps to reduce the back and forth of collecting data from the client and allows you, the Partner, to focus on ensuring the credit study is in order and progressing the study toward the finish line.

After you click on the invite link from your email, you will be asked to create an account for your DataHub.tax account. Fill in the necessary information to complete your sign-up as a DataHub user.

📝Business Component Workspace

The DataHub user will be able to make changes and updates to their assigned company's Business Components in this workspace

📝Financial Data Workspace

The DataHub user will be able to make changes and updates to their assigned company's Financial Data in this workspace.
