Invite Collaborator
Select the "Invite Collaborator" button in the upper right-hand corner of the "Company Access" page to give access to other collaborators who need access to the GOAT platform. This page will also be able to grant or revoke specific permissions for collaborators, as needed.
Manage Permissions
Access All Features
Selecting this option allows the collaborator to have full access to the entire GOAT.tax account for the company's study. This includes being able to view/edit sensitive information and manage payment settings.
Employee Wages
Selecting this option allows the collaborator to view and edit all employee wages entered into the platform.
Subcontractors Amount Paid
Selecting this option allows the collaborator to view and edit all amounts paid to subcontractors entered into the platform.
Company Revenue
Selecting this option allows the collaborator to view and edit all of the company's revenue entered into the platform.
Payment Management
Selecting this option will allow the collaborator to submit the study, manage payment options, and approve payments.
Collaborators
Collaborators who have accepted the invite will be displayed on the Company Access page. If needed, access can be revoked and permissions can be adjusted accordingly.
Revoke Access
If a collaborator needs to be removed for any reason, their access can be revoked through this page.
Manage Permissions
If a collaborator's permission needs to be changed for any reason, their access can be edited through this page.
Pending Invites
If the collaborator has not accepted the invite to join the platform, you will the status as pending in the Company Access page.
Revoke Access
Access can be revoked even when the invite is still pending.
Resend Invite
If the invited collaborator is not able to locate the invite, an invite can be sent again here on the platform.
Manage Permissions
Permissions can be adjusted before the collaborator accepts the invite.
